Join us for a fun and invigorating Aqua Fit class where you’ll get to work those muscles while enjoying upbeat music with your new friends and neighbors. Aqua Fit is a low-impact workout conducted in waist-deep water, making it gentle on your joints while providing an effective full-body exercise. The natural resistance of the water helps circulate blood more efficiently, giving you a great cardiovascular workout. Water shoes are highly recommended for optimal comfort and safety. This is where it all begins for the new dancers. line dances are choreographed with a repeating series of steps that are performed in unison. start with the basics and learn all the easier and popular line dances. line dancing is a healthy physical activity that is the perfect way to improve your coordination and balance while exercising memory, not to mention it’s a whole lot of fun! be sure to wear comfortable clothing, sneakers or boots are recommended. this is a complementary class being lead by one of your friendly

Cardio & strength circuit

Start with a gentle stretching session, followed by a 45-minute cardio and muscular conditioning circuit workout. This workout includes rotating through 45-second exercise stations, targeting different body parts while focusing on cardiovascular endurance and multi-muscle group strength training. Exercises will be done standing or on a mat. Please bring a water bottle and a towel.

Join the ultimate dance fitness party with Zumba! This interval-style class combines low-intensity and high-intensity moves to create an energetic and fun workout. Burn lots of calories as you groove to the rhythm with upbeat dance moves. It doesn’t even feel like exercise—just pure fun! open to all abilities this class is taught courtesy of your friendly neighbor.

ready to start your new healthy routine? the mainsail fitness studio here at del webb bayview will be open for member access 24/7. our team will host a fitness equipment orientation on the first saturday of each month beginning at 10:00am. the session will last 1-1/2 hours and will be the perfect introduction to the space and equipment available for resident use. our certified trainer will demonstrate how to adjust the machines, position yourself for maximum efficiency in your workout, and show you where to find the free standing equipment. come with questions here to help
